• deliver services in a professional and timely manner, etc.

A client is required to:

• provide all necessary equipment.

Liability

Provision of services under a DJ agreement contract is partially regulated by Australian consumer laws. It means that a client has a number of statutory rights which cannot be cancelled or compromised by the provision of this contract, including:

• the right to request the provision of services again; and
• the right to request compensation and a full refund in case of cancellation by a DJ.
