Important Considerations
A refund cannot be offered in either of the following circumstances:
- A purchased document contains minor typos or orthographical mistakes, which do not influence a document’s content or prevent understanding a document’s purpose;
- A purchased document is not suitable for circumstances for which it was initially purchased;
- A purchase document is no longer valid due to changes in the law, provided such changes occurred after the date of purchase of the said document;
- A purchase document requires performance of additional actions from you or third parties, including, but not limited to, certification, notarization, translation, submission to a court or state authorities, signature, etc.
