    An exclusive relationship means the Client agrees not to engage any other service provider to perform the same or similar services during the term of the retainer. The Service Provider becomes the Client’s sole provider for those services.

    A non-exclusive relationship means either party may work with others. The Client may engage additional service providers for similar services, and the Service Provider may provide similar services to other clients.
