  In addition to the regular snow removal schedule, the Service Provider shall respond to emergency callouts requested by the Client.

  Emergency callouts may be necessary during unexpected heavy snowfall, ice storms, or hazardous conditions that require immediate attention to ensure safe access to driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, or other critical areas.
