License Details

    The licensor under the patent license agreement can issue two different types of licenses:

    Exclusive license: Only the licensee has the rights to use the patent. The licensor cannot use the patent and cannot license the same patent to third parties in a way, in which such a patent is being used by the licensee.
    Non-exclusive license: The licensee can use the patent. The licensor can also use it and license the same usage right to use the patent to third parties.
