Copyright Details

    – dramatic works;
    – pictorial, graphic and sculptural;

    – architectural works etc.

    The work or any object generated using AI cannot be transferred and further protected under the copyright US law.

  • Has the copyright been previously recorded with the United States Copyright Office?

    However, if the Assignor has previously registered the copyright, the Assignee shall be responsible for recording the assignment of ownership with the Copyright Office under the Assignee’s name.
