    – minimum degree, etc.

Conditions of Cooperation

    A replacement guarantee is an additional obligation for a recruiter to replace a candidate if they leave or terminate contractual relations with the client within a certain period of time after their commencement.

    A guarantee period could last from 30 to 180 days, depending on the Client’s industry, type of employment, and candidate’s profile.
